Aimed at inspiring innovation, the event challenged students to develop AI-driven solutions for sectors like agriculture, waste management, tourism, and education.
Ten teams of students from diverse disciplines competed, presenting creative tech solutions. Top accolades went to:
- Agri-Smart Solutions – Farm Guard: This AI tool helps farmers detect and control pests and diseases, boosting crop protection and productivity.
- Smart Crops Solutions – Market Prediction System: An AI model that forecasts crop prices, supporting farmers in maximizing profitability.
- Meraki – Scholar System: A digital platform aimed at enhancing educational experiences and student engagement.
The event highlighted the potential of AI in addressing local challenges and fostering a culture of tech-driven problem-solving.
